These terms explain the conditions for using the Bound By Insanity fan website and its reading pages. This is an independent fan site, not the original game website, developer or publisher. Please read these terms alongside the Privacy Policy and Copyright page.
The website’s role
We offer player-focused writing about the Bound By Insanity visual novel demo, its characters and the choices currently shown in that demo. Home also provides access to an embedded game served by a separate host. This site is not an official support channel for the creator and cannot promise changes to the game itself.
Reading the site does not require a purchase, account or subscription. Our pages do not provide payments, uploads, public comments or player accounts. Features supplied inside an embedded game or video are governed by the behavior and terms of their respective providers.
Adult audiences and story content
Bound By Insanity includes mature themes, disturbing relationships and fictional violence. The game and our discussion are intended for adults. Read the content warning before playing, and stop or take a break when the material is uncomfortable.
A spoiler notice identifies the page’s story discussion, but it cannot guarantee that every detail will be new or familiar to every reader. Characters and Endings have different purposes, and the Endings page discusses a late-demo choice. Descriptions of fictional conduct are not advice or instructions for real-world behavior.
Using the pages responsibly
You may read the pages and use the available player controls for personal enjoyment and understanding of the demo. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, bypass player restrictions, access information that is not public or interfere with another visitor’s use.
Do not present this fan website as the game’s official developer, publisher or original website. Game names, art and characters remain associated with their respective rights holders. Access to material here does not grant permission to redistribute the game, its artwork or an embedded video.
Game and video availability
The game and videos depend on third-party services, which may change, become unavailable or behave differently across devices, browsers and versions. An iframe opening is not a guarantee that every game interaction, route or device is supported. Browser extensions, privacy controls and network conditions can prevent a player from loading.
We do not control a third-party provider’s availability, platform controls, account features or data handling. An issue inside an embedded service may require that provider’s help. You can continue reading the written article even when a player is unavailable.
Progress, saves and version differences
Game progress belongs to the embedded game’s implementation and browser environment. We do not store a copy of your save or provide a save-transfer service. Clearing site data, changing device, using private browsing or moving to another game version may affect progress. We cannot promise recovery or compatibility.
Our Endings page distinguishes current Act 1 behavior from planned future routes. Development plans may change, and an ending discussed as planned must not be treated as available in the current demo. Reading advice does not promise a particular outcome or access to unreleased content.
Accuracy and service limits
We aim to keep the writing specific and useful, but errors and version differences can occur. If a statement or image does not match what you see, send the affected page and the specific issue to the support address on Contact Us. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time or support for every browser.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided as available without a guarantee of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
